Group Events & Birthday Parties

Looking to host a birthday party, team building event, bachelorette party or just getting some pals together to paint as a group?

For a group booking during regular store hours, there's no additional fee. Please email us with your preferred date and time, along with the total number of participants. We kindly request that no more than 2 non-painters accompany the group.

Birthday Parties

Please note that we are unable to offer the serving of cake or other food during regular store hours. If you'd like to do that, you'll have to book a private or semi- private event, which unfortunately due to our small sized space, are only available after store hours. 

Semi Private Birthday Parties

Would you like to host a painting party that ends with pizza and cake at our studio? 
We're happy to book you in at 4:30pm or 5pm - 7pm on Saturday or Sunday, for an hour or an hour and a half of painting, followed by an hour with the studio to yourselves to do whatever you'd like.
Order pizza, open presents and don't forget to sing Happy Birthday!
Available for groups of 8 painters or more, everyone can choose their own item to paint from our inventory of fun ceramic forms.  There is a minimum charge of Private Studio fee of $55 includes a dedicated staff member and a half hour for clean up.

There is a minimum spend of $168 for the ceramics painted during these events. What that includes is 8 of our lowest priced kids figurines (Tiny Tots, $21 each). If you end up with a smaller group than 8 for your event, we’ll just require you to have the painters select items in a higher bracket (our Party Animals, $24 each, for instance) to hit your minimum spend.

For those of you who like a quote, the minimum charge for our Semi-Private Parties is $223 +HST not including gratuity.

Private After Hours Adult Group Events

If you'd like to book the whole studio for a private event after hours, we're happy to welcome your group on Saturday or Sunday after 6pm, or Monday after 5pm.

Private group bookings are $100 for 3 hours. This cost includes one or two dedicated staff members (depending on your group's numbers). Parties have a minimum of 8 painters, with a maximum capacity of our studio being 38 (with all tables filled.) We have two large tables that seat around 12 people each, which is where our big groups typically sit.

You are welcome to bring food and drinks. We require the $100 charge to be paid in advance as a deposit for your booking. Please email us with any further questions or to book a date.
