Group Booking Information

for more than 12 people

We have two large tables in our studio that seat up to 24 painters total (12 per table) available Monday-Thursday with specific start times between 11am-6pm.

If you would like to book a table, we require a deposit to be made in advance to secure your spot. The deposit is then either deducted from your purchase on the day of your activity, or refunded back to the original method of payment.

Deposits are based on increments of $10 per person. (Example: A group of 12 requires a $120 deposit while a group of 17 requires a $170 deposit).

Changes to your numbers can be made at any time through the confirmation email sent to you. Click the button "Manage my Reservation" and you can adjust the number of participants. Please contact us should you require any assistance.

If you do not notify us reasonably of a cancellation (24 hours), we reserve the right to keep your deposit. We also reserve the right to keep a portion of your deposit if we reserve two tables for your group of 18, and you only show up with 8 painters.

To avoid this, you just need to notify us in advance of any changes to your numbers within a reasonable time frame. If you have one or two folks out sick, we are very reasonable and will happily refund your full amount. Please be considerate! :)

Please understand that when you book a reservation for a large amount of people, we are turning away other guests. In addition, for large groups we bring on additional staff members to make sure you are served well.

Estimated Costs

Our pricing is all inclusive, depending on the ceramic item chosen. We have a wide range of stock available to paint, with prices that vary depending on the size and style of the item. There are no additional studio fees on top of the price of the pieces.

We require a minimum spend of $20 per person before HST for groups of 12 or more. If some folks in your group paint pieces priced lower, as long as several folks paint items above that and it averages out to roughly $20 a person, that is also acceptable.

The ranges listed below do not include HST or any gratuity (which is not expected, only appreciated).

An average price range for a piece is generally between $25-$40. This range would include most medium sized items, such as a mug, bowl, vase, planter, plate or decorative figurine.
We have smaller items such as seasonal Holiday Ornaments, figurines, small dishes and trays that are in the $15-$25 range.

We also have larger items such as platters, teapots, vases, serving dishes, planters. They can range from $40-$100.

Team building groups often will give their painters a price cap per person to stay within a budget.

Invoices must be paid in full by one individual, or invoices can be done for each individual.

We do not accept partial payments.

Reservations are booked for 2 hour seatings, so please ensure that your group arrives promptly or early for the booking.

Any latecomers will still be required to respect the 2 hour limit, with exceptions (if we have the space for them to stick around).

We are a small space. Please be very sure of your numbers in advance. We write these policies to protect us.

We apologize if you are looking for a booking during Friday-Sunday. After much experience and consideration we have determined we are not an appropriate space for large groups during these times.

*We do not have the ability to accommodate large groups picking up pieces individually. They will all be packed together and it is the responsibility of the organizer to distribute the pieces.*
